Our socially responsible initiatives — along with those of the NEPI Rockcastle group, of which we are a part — aim to set high standards in everything we do, every day.

We take energy efficiency very seriously in Paradise Center so we are always looking for the improvement. The entire lighting inside the center has been replaced with LED lighting. We operate with a modern and advanced Building Management System that manages, controls, and monitors various technical installations within the shopping center.

At Paradise Center, we benefit from easy access to public transportation and actively encourage the use of alternative modes of transport over personal cars.

The recycling potential of customers in the shopping center is crucial for improving the entire process, which is why we strive to provide suitable infrastructure. We have placed recycling bins in convenient locations throughout the building, with clearly marked compartments for paper, plastic, and mixed waste. This way, customers can easily dispose of their waste correctly, contributing to more effective recycling.

We inspire our customers to behave responsibly. We present the idea of circularity (Circular Economy) by organizing educational campaigns and providing and sharing valuable content. In this way, we share our solutions, but also we demonstrate that we operate in a responsible environment and with responsible partners. We provide specific examples and share good practices of our tenants whose solutions are available in our shopping centers.
